Introducing our beginner-friendly immersive jewellery making course! In just four weeks, you'll immerse yourself in a dynamic workshop environment and learn all aspects of jewellery making using pre-fabricated materials such as tubing, sheet and wire. With 16 sessions and 40 hours of total instruction, you'll design and fabricate jewellery pieces from beginning to end. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, our intensive programme will take you through the complete process of creating jewellery. You'll learn everything from making jewellery pieces with silver, creating moulds, to basic gem setting techniques. This is a fun-packed and demanding course that will have you creating beautiful jewellery pieces in no time. Join us today and let's get started on your journey to becoming a master jeweller!

Programme overview:

Level 1 – Introduction to Jewellery making (10 hours)

Introduction to the fundamentals of jewellery making
Be introduced to saw piercing, soldering, filing, and finishing techniques

LEVEL 2 - Follow on (10 hours)

All skills learned in level one will be used and practiced to a more advanced level with the use of advanced polishing techniques

LEVEL 3- Specialist Technique - Wax Carving (10 hours)

Introduction to wax carving - create wax models and patterns for jewellery creations.

LEVEL 4 - Gem Setting - Bezel Setting (10 hours)

Introduction to the fundamental gemstone learning technique, bezel setting.

Hatton Jewellery Institute operates a 24 hour rebooking policy on all classes. Late cancellation or absence will result in forfeiting of class or re-booking fee.
